In a world made entirely out of paper, the wistful drawings in a man′s sketchbook are brought to life by the rhythm of a train journey….
Train of Thought was made as Leo Bridle and Ben Thomas’s graduation film from The Arts Institute at Bournemouth in 2008-2009.
The animation and models were done by hand, not with CGI, and the film took approximately 9 months to complete, from storyboards through to the final edit.
The result is an extraordinary short film; a simple premise beautifully executed. You can see more about the making of the film as well as watch it here.
