In July, Audrey attended the wonderful Peterborough Heritage Festival. This annual event is a great opportunity to experience 3,500 years of history in and around the Cathedral and its Precincts. We were able to colate a lovely collection of archive films made in and around the impressive city. The theme of this Festival was “Invaders and Settlers” and included a Children’s Zone activity area in the Cloisters with its jesters, storytellers and games, and the period market on the green outside the Cathedral.
With Ben being unavailable, Iain Young stepped up and was in-charge of proceedings for the two day event.
The response was brilliant and we look forward to returning some time.
Thank you for having us.
