Bournemouth Arts By the Sea opens once again this year with a bang, and we’ll be there for the first day and night of this month long extravaganza.

Throughout the afternoon, we’ll be screening a continuous programme of animated and digital short films from Animate Projects and later in the day we’re very excited to present PJ Harvey’s Let England Shake: 12 Short Films By Seamus Murphy. These films were specifically commissioned by PJ Harvey, and they relate to her award-winning album. Murphy captures on film a journey through England, showing the enigma of the land, its island mentality and its complicated relationship with its past.

You don’t have to book in advance, and once again this fantastic event is free!
